Within the evaluation we must make sure that the company has dishonesty insurance and civil liability insurance. Which will respond financially in the event that security agents cause damage.
Also that surveillance or prevention personnel have SCTR Health and Pension insurance in case of high-risk work accidents and professional illnesses in the course of their position.
Years of experience
The length of experience of the security company is an indicator of success and reliability, with a minimum of 5 years of service they are familiar with the most frequent crimes of the service, they have operational plans for immediate action and direct contacts with the police authorities of the zone. In addition, security companies can develop prevention and security procedures that suit the type of business.
Personnel selection process
It is important to know the processes of recruiting security personnel who will be protecting our assets. The points to take into account are: police, criminal, judicial records and proven experience which are key for prior filters in the selection of suitable and correct personnel.
